Saint Quentin Church is situated towards the southern end of Luc on one of the main roads into the town from Caen.  The bell-tower was built in the 12th Century, with a church that was destroyed in 1877, after rivalry between the clergy and the town council of that time. The new church was built at the same time as the old one was knocked down and the old Roman Tower was connected to the new building.
